Kyle Jordan – Vice President of Asset Management, Senior Care
Kyle Jordan joined Arch Corporation in 2018, where he leads the company’s senior care strategy and team.
Prior to joining Arch Corporation, Kyle had a 10-year career in investment and asset management, which began in 2008 with the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board. At CPPIB he underwrote new opportunities and monitored existing investments in a range of industries across a variety of international geographies. In 2010, Kyle joined Sienna Senior Living as Director of Business Development, where he was responsible for the asset management of a portfolio of 26 long-term care homes as well as mergers and acquisitions. He completed the acquisition of two high-end luxury retirement homes, which began the transformation of Sienna from a pure-play long-term care operator into a seniors’ housing operator. In 2012, Kyle joined the real estate private equity company Starlight Investments as Executive Director, Investments. In that role he managed a team of investment professionals responsible for the acquisition, disposition, and refinancing of multi-family assets in Canada and the Southern US, executing more than $2.0 billion in acquisitions, $1.0 billion in dispositions and raising $2.0 billion worth of financings.
Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Physics from Queen’s University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Smith School of Business.
